A few random discs have a very light scratch or two, but most of them look perfect. All play perfectly. The slipcase has lots of damage and has been taped. The season 3 case is broken on top, on the 5 & 6 cases the disc holders are broken loose, and 6 has a broken corner on top of the binding.
