S.T. Dupont "Gatsby" gas lighter, silver plated with the wave (vague) pattern and gold-tone accents - and it makes the sound collectors buy these for.

The seller specifically notes the clean, ringing "cling" when the lid opens, and ignition is confirmed - one of the photographs shows it lit with a full flame. The whole body is cut with the flowing vertical wave pattern, contrasted against the gold-plated roller housing.

Markings read from the actual lighter: the base is stamped S.T. Dupont / PARIS / MADE IN FRANCE / PLAQUE ARGENT (silver plated) with the serial 113EK76. Base photographs are included.

Condition - please read: this is a used lighter with scuffs and scratches consistent with age; the silver plate shows wear and patina, which the photographs capture honestly. The screw that fixes the decorative trim plate is missing. The trim plate itself IS included (photographed separately) but it cannot be fastened in place without a replacement screw. Please buy on that basis. Sold as-is with no box or papers.

Butane lighters are shipped completely empty of gas, in accordance with international shipping rules. Gas is not included. A butane lighter that has been in storage may need a service or a new flint to run reliably.
