New engine in Open Box - made in Italy - Never fueled, started, or mounted, however all the sealed packaging is gone inside the box, no manuals or factory prop nut/washer.  It does come with a factory glow plug, carb, needle, header and muffler.  See photos, no residue or witness marks on the case.  I installed a new Dubro double nut and washer set on it. It does come with decals. Some minor scuffs from handling, a few oxidized spots on the case show, engine is 50 years old.  Flat rate shipping, will be insured, shipped next day.
