Cutler Hammer 60 amp 240 volt fuse panel pull out fuse holder 

I have several Cutler Hammer pullouts listed - they are best to identify by the handle - the black plastic on this one measures 2 3/4" x 3 1/4" and if you stand all 4 prongs on a table and measure the height it is 1 31/32"

This pullout is labeled "RANGE FUSES" 

there is a 1/2" wide notch with a skinny center tab on each side of the pullout - see photo

price is for 1 unit - the picture shows 2 so you can see both sides

There are also 2 different types of fuse holder clips - either one will work - photo just shows 1 style - if the pullout handle matches yours and it says range this is what you are looking for
