All items are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We aim to deliver your items within the estimated arrival date as specified on listings, subject to postal service delivery times/delays.

UK SHIPPING - Free delivery to Mainland UK only. Extra charges may apply to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Extra charges apply. Most items are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3-7 working days but often require to allow up to 20 working days (for Europe) or 25 working days (for Rest of the World) from the due date before a claim for loss can be submitted.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days and we will refund your payment in full. Please allow 10 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition as it was received, with all packaging intact. New items must be returned unopened and unused.

Return postage is at the buyers cost and we strongly advise using a tracked delivery service.
