Up for sale is a truly stunning, one-of-a-kind wearable art piece. This jacket is beautifully handcrafted by repurposing an authentic vintage Japanese Kendo-Gi (剑道着) made of heavy, textured indigo/navy Sashiko (刺し子) stitch cotton fabric.

The entire body and sleeves are artistically embellished with elaborate custom patchwork (BORO style) using various vintage fabrics and traditional Japanese textiles—featuring classic motifs such as Karakusa (arabesque), chrysanthemums, and traditional stripe patterns. It captures a perfect balance of heritage cultural aesthetics and modern avant-garde streetwear style.
