Selling my 2020 Norco Sight A1, size Large, which I’ve owned from new. I bought it from Evans Cycles in Havant in 2020 for just under £4,000.

If you’re looking at getting into mountain biking this is an extremely capable bike dripping with top of the line, serviceable components.

The Large is aimed at riders around 5'10"–6'0”. I am 6’3” and my new bike is similarly undersized. If you’re over 6, expect a more playful ride. The dropper can accommodate you. If you’re less than 5”8 it will still be very rideable and you will feel very planted rather than playful.

It is a 160/150mm travel “all mountain bike” making it comfortable for all day trail riding. Winch and descend type ride and capable enough for bike parks and downhill areas.

This is a fantastic bike and has kept me very happy riding around the UK.

The geometry was very forward-thinking for 2020 and still looks completely at home alongside modern 2026 bikes.

The A1 is the top-spec aluminium Sight, with a really strong build from the factory including RockShox Lyrik Ultimate, 160mm fork, RockShox Super Deluxe Select+ 150mm rear shock, GX drivetrain and downhill level Code RSC brakes.

I've owned it since new and have looked after it well with no expense spared on servicing, the drivetrain is not original but has been replaced sympathetic to the build or upgraded, same with brakes. Cosmetic upgrades have kept a theme of polished silver on black as you can see in photos.

Fork and shocks have been serviced by TF tuned.

I haven't ridden it for around two years, as I bought a new bike and kept this one as a backup. It's been dry stored in my shed ever since, but realistically it's not getting used anymore, so it's time to make some space.

Upgrades / changes from new:

* Pembree 35mm stem
* Deity 35mm carbon handlebars (780mm)
* SRAM HS2 200mm rotors
* New RSC brakes front and rear (SRAM sintered pads)
* OneUp 210mm dropper post
* One up chain guide and bash guard
* Hunt Enduro Wide V2 wheelset
* Maxxis Assegai front / DHR II rear
* Wolf Tooth metal BB preload ring
* Burgtec 28T chainring
* SRAM XO1 chain
* Polished Nuke proof headset and bottom bracket
* Polished headset spacers
* Dmr death grips thin with silver collars
* Dmr composite vault pedals
* WTB Volt saddle
* VHS cassette tape chain protection
* (some less sexy self amalgamating tape to reduce chain noise on chainstay)
* Mudhugger mudguard
* Nukeproof tool roll
* Muc off valves

The rear mech is SRAM NX rather than GX. After COVID, I simply couldn't find a GX mech anywhere at the time, so I fitted an NX as a replacement, works fine.

It's a used mountain bike, so there are various marks and signs of use as you'd expect, but the metallic black paint looks fantastic when the sun catches it.

It has been sitting unused for around two years, so it could do with a good ride to loosen everything back up and get it back into regular use but I’ve cleaned the valves and thrown a little sealant in the tyres to get it rolling.

Overall, it's a very capable, well-specced and genuinely loved bike with some excellent upgrades. It's only being sold because I've moved on to another bike and this one is now just taking up space.

Collection preferred, can meet if fairly local.

Happy to answer any questions/have a coffee and a chat about bikes and when viewing.

Cash/full payment in my account or in my hand before any test rides.
