This lets you mount various Nilight switch panels without the need for welding, or drilling. They also feature a loop on the back side that can be used to rout and hold wires. You will need to double check the height of the panel mounting plate to get the right size. Sold in pairs, each pair can mount 1 panel. They allow mounting them above or below to bar and to stack panels above and below each other as shown in the photos.
NOTES:
- You will need M4 flat head screws between 12-20mm long and nuts to mount the panel.
- A layer of paint, painters tape, or electrical tape around the cage may be needed to prevent movement on the cage.
Materials:
PETg - Good value all around. Good durability, good UV resistance, good chemical resistance, and heat resistant up to ~150 F. I have many mounts on my track car made from this with no issues.
TPU - Rubber-like, providing extra friction. Highly durabile, good UV resistance, good chemical resistance to oils, heat resistant (~180 F) but gets softer with heat. I have many mounts on my track car made from this with no issues.
ASA - Use this if stored outside. Great UV resistance, good durability, great chemical resistance, great heat resistance (195F). May require some tape around the cage to prevent it from rotating.
PA6-GF - OE automotive functional material. Decent UV resistance, great durability, good chemical resistance, great heat resistance (195F). Use this for high heat & strong parts.
Other materials may be available upon request (like flame retardant ABS).
