Vintage pair of MISSION Philippines solid wood heart-shaped bowls / dishes, produced for the Cottage Industries Foundation.

Both retain their original gold-coloured labels reading:

COTTAGE IND. FOUND.
MISSION
PHILIPPINES

Beautifully shaped from solid wood with rich natural brown colouring and particularly attractive contrasting grain. Each piece has been individually carved, so there are natural variations between the two.

Approximate size of each:

11.5 cm long × 9.5 cm wide × 2 cm high

Excellent vintage condition overall, with only very minor age/use-related marks visible on close inspection.  Please study the photographs, which form an important part of the condition description.
