This is a bit of an unusual brochure, as it really details ' How the next Porsche was built'.  

It discusses the efforts involved in research and development of a true Porsche SUV.

There are really no pictures of the new Cayenne, more the parts, engine, and people who were involved in the project.   

Also included is the cover letter and a foldout on Porsche Financial Services.  

 

Condition:              Nice condition with little wear.  .
