Key is guaranteed only for properly working locks;
Damaged, seized, worn, rusted, or oxidized locks are not covered.
Return Policy: Custom-cut keys are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please verify your key code and product brand before ordering. No refunds will be issued for incorrect codes or orders for brands not listed as compatible. If an error is made on my part, I will gladly provide a refund or replacement.
