it's made by Supercraft garments who made pretty much all the desert kit for the 1990 desert war. 

This is an odd jacket which leads me to believe this is a sales sample that was probably tendered to win a contract 

So what's different ?

This is fully closed with poppers and no zipper 

The cuffs are a custom fit , the closure cuffs are a different more beefy popper and have been sewn by hand. The " tests" could have found the poppers couldn't cut it so they quickly retrofitted more stronger.  

There are also no rank slides too , not been chopped off or modded they have not been added at the factory.
