Late 1980s Victoria 28 day permit/provisional license plate. The diamond hyphen was moved to this position in the late 1980s and the type was discontinued in the late 1980s also (around P31). These plates were to be returned to the registry after the 28 day period for reissue. #P27-946. Black on ref white. Steel base. 2 neat extra holes at top, white very rubbed, however the plate retains excellent gloss.
