Postage
costs: The price shown is for the UK ONLY. If you are overseas, you
MUST contact me beforehand and I will sort out what the postal costs
will be, according to where you live.
If you would like
extra protection please contact me before-hand and I will send recorded
delivery – but you will have to pay the additional cost for this
Postal
costs include a small allowance for packaging (which may be more for
some items than for others but I always try to recycle as much as
possible to keep these costs down).
Feedback is gratefully received
as it lets me know you are happy with your items. In the unlikely event
that you have a problem once you have purchased an item, please email me
and I'm sure we can work it out. I do buy from ebay myself and like to
enjoy a positive experience – my rule is to treat others as I would like
to be treated myself.
Overseas buyers please need to pay through
PayPal and get a quote from me before the sale ends for cost of postage.
I only accept GBP and sterling payments through PayPal.
My refund
and return policy: I accept full refunds and returns for genuine
reasons, I do NOT accept part refunds or part returns.
All I ask is you to contact me within 3 days after you have received your item if you are not happy.
I
do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. I
keep proof of posting for every item sent and wrap all my items well.
If I do refund for an item all I ask is that you pay the return postage.
