Apx 11" X 9".  With original titled presentation folder (and owner's business card *); there is also an in-bound cardboard sheet which I believe was intended to protect the fringe.  Minor foxing, consistent with age; otherwise very good, well-preserved condition. * Eugene A. Vandeveer (1853 -1915) was a banker from Taylorville, Illinois. He is best known for commissioning the historic Grayton mansion, which was built between 1911 and 1913 and designed by the Chicago architect Frederick Wainwright Perkins.
