This is an antique cable insulator Roman helmet CD 259 in good condition, with only the slightest nibble marks, and one small nick chip on outer ear edge. Otherwise near mint please view photos. No other areas of concern. Embossed CABLE. Has some small ash spots in glass and some internal bubble areas that are completely closed and with no hairlines or fractures to give it its unique look.
