Synopsis: Ex-Golden Gloves fighter Danny Kenny enters the professional boxing ring to bankroll his brother's dreams of becoming a composer. Tragedy strikes when Danny is blinded during a brutal title bout, forcing him to adapt to a new life on the streets of New York. Meanwhile, his childhood sweetheart Peggy pursues her own ambitions as a professional dancer in the heart of the city.
