1811 deed for the sale of a portion of lot 186 in Beall’s Addition, Georgetown, between David Wehrly of Georgetown and Jonathan Wehrly of Baltimore County, Maryland. Beall’s Addition was a 60 acre parcel added in 1783 that doubled the city’s size; the subject property was located in the vicinity of Bridge and Washington Streets near the Presbyterian Church.
