The Vintage Mini World Inc Ruffle Tiered Apron Dress for girls in sizes S and M is a charming piece from the 1980s. Made of polyester and cotton, this original party dress features short sleeves and a classic white color, perfect for special occasions. Both are new. The one new with the tags has a stain on the back that may be able to come out with a minute of peroxide, baking soda and dawn dish soap but it also has a rip of the lace from the hem in a clean cut manner so it may be mended easily. Both are pictured. Please see all photos as they contain pictures with measurements of both dresses. The dress without the tags is fine and clean. I do not see any other flaws to speak of.
