These professional electronic signature capture devices are designed for applications such as point-of-sale systems, healthcare offices, financial institutions, government offices, document processing, and other environments requiring electronic signature input.
Both units have hardware issues and are being sold accordingly. Please carefully review the Hardware Notice and all photos before purchasing.
Cracked Pen Holders - Both units have cracked pen holders.
No LED Backlight - One unit does not have a functioning LCD backlight. The display backlight does not illuminate as expected.
Dead / No Response - One unit does not respond and was not detected during testing. This unit should be considered non-functional and may require repair or be suitable for parts.
The issues described above are shown in the photos. Additional troubleshooting or repair may be required before these units can be placed into service.
These signature pads are pre-owned and may show normal signs of previous use, including scratches, scuffs, dust, label wear, cable wear, discoloration, sticker residue, or other cosmetic marks.
