This is Polaroid clone, I believe, which shoots on Polaroid or Fujifilm pack film.  It is very cool and very solid.

The flash is powered by AC power, so there's no need for batteries. There is an exposure control knob and a portrait to choose the number of portraits you want. By default it shoots 4 passport sized photos on each sheet of film/paper. 

It was plugged in an tested and appears to be working perfectly. 
Ready for some snapshots or modification for making your own photobooth.
