Tektronix P6417 general-purpose logic analyzer probe for compatible Tektronix TLA-series logic analyzer modules.

The probe has tan A3 / A2 / CK0 channel-group labels and an approximately 1.8 m / 6 ft main cable.

IMPORTANT CONDITION INFORMATION:

• The complete eight-wire A2 channel group has been cut near the main probe housing
• The A2 channel group is incomplete and cannot be used without repair
• The A3 eight-channel lead group appears to be present
• The separate CK0 clock/data lead appears to be present
• No channels have been functionally tested
• Sold for parts or repair

The P6417 was originally designed as a 17-channel probe with 16 data channels and one clock/data channel. It is not fully usable in its present condition due to the cut A2 wiring.

The analyzer side uses the proprietary Tektronix TLA module connector. This is not a standard oscilloscope probe.

No logic analyzer, replacement cables, manual, KlipChip grabber tips or accessories not shown in the photographs are included.
