Morgan Pipes "Flapjack" tobacco storage disc.  Same as a baccyflap, it looks like a little (3.5" diameter x 1" thick) black flying saucer with a smoking rabbit on it.  Appears to be unused but selling as used because it was just sitting in a box of other stuff.
