The Story:
Nadja Rhymes thought she was a star long before she became one. Whether it was due to her fibbing and faking, or her fabulous friends and colleagues, she had found a way to become “that girl”—the sensation of the modelling world and a big-time name. Her daddy taught her to value herself, and now she intended to get paid. So, she informed the NU. Face agency that she wanted the best of the best offers. The agency was more than happy to oblige, since she was in demand. She was en route to Tokyo for one of the weirdest jobs she had encountered thus far. She was given a first-class ticket to Japan, luxury accommodations and a cool $50,000 just to take a meeting. This was insane. First, NU. Face already had a Tokyo division, so why pay for her? Second, nobody pays for just a meeting…unless it was for some unsavory purpose. But Nadja knew NU. Face would never put her in a bad situation. But they couldn’t tell her who the client was. It was a secret. The trip and the money, particularly for just a meeting, was too much to pass up. Nadja left from JFK and had a layover in Charles De Gaulle Airport. A driver then met Nadja as she landed at Haneda (Tokyo International Airport), and brought her to a car. When she arrived at the building and opened the door on the 22nd floor, she was dumbstruck. It was a…toy company? Nadja thought she was lost, but was assured she was in the right place. Shuttled into a meeting of admirers, she found out that she was at the company behind the famous “Big Love Bear” blind box trend that began in Japan but had become a global craze. The executives, a translator explained, wanted to gift her a set of the latest Big Love Bear bag charms. Nadja was effusive. They took some photos together and she left. “$50 grand for that?” she thought to herself. “These corporations are crazy!” But it was the easiest and fastest money she ever made. She clipped one of the cute Big Love Bear charms on her purse and immediately people on the street came up and started taking pictures. Soon she was surrounded and could barely move. She laughed to herself, realising that she wasn’t the #1 sensation-- it was her bag charm, which apparently was very rare. “Well, I guess that marketing isn’t so crazy!” she mumbled, shaking her head as she tried to make it through the crowd, back to her hotel. -Designed by Jessy Ayala

*Each doll comes with a tiny blind box that includes a colour variation doll-sized bear purse charm option in only one of three possible colours, which will be included at random (please make sure that you are comfortable with the random charm colour concept BEFORE placing your deposits). Nobody knows which orders will contain a particular charm colour; it will be a surprise upon receipt. They will not be able to confirm which colour charm you will receive in advance, nor do any trades or replacements whether or not you get your preferred colour. . This is completely random and out of our control, thank you for understanding!

In most cases, pre-order items require a strict stock commitment with the supplier, to which we are unable to reduce or make changes to. Further to this, funds obtained from pre-orders are immediately invested back into the business ,to fund our commitment, in bringing you a continuous cycle of new & exciting collector dolls!
DELIVERY TIMES: Please refer to the item description for estimated delivery times. Delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, potential change will be communicated to you as best and as fairly as we can. Buyers will receive an email with tracking details, once the item has been dispatched from our store.
DELAYS AND UNFULFILLED PRE-ORDERS:
We will do everything within our power to ensure your pre-ordered items are fulfilled on time.
Should changes in global stock levels, or any other factors beyond our control, heavily delay or leave us unable to fulfil your pre-order items, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options, which may include an exchange of item or a cancellation of your pre-order.
Cancelled Pre-order Items, for reasons outside of our control, will be refunded to you in full in the form of Store Credit or a cash refund to your nominated payment method (including deposits).
DEAR INTERNATIONAL COLLECTORS:
All sales do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international buyers. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential additional costs before making a purchase.
DEAR U.S COLLECTORS:
As of August 2025, the Trump administration has implemented comprehensive changes to US tariff rates. Due to this, we are obliged, as a supplier, to cover any tariff costs (on your behalf), prior to any of our goods entering the United States.
Due to the comprehensive nature of these tariffs, we are yet to find a system, which can accurately calculate this cost for you, at checkout. Currently, our sales do not include any duty costs for International buyers.
Therefore, after finalising your order, please standby, as we will contact you with an invoice to collect any necessary tariff expenses.
