Here's a beautiful, all-original Atwater Kent Model R horn loudspeaker. Just 16" tall, it was the smallest horn speaker the company made, and it's probably the most uncommon. Its size makes it an ideal mate for any Atwater Kent breadboard radio.

Condition is excellent, close to mint. Textured chocolate paint is original, with virtually no wear evident. Clean, crisp, original AK metal tag inside the bell. No dings or dents anywhere, and the original driver is undamaged and retains its original driver cord, with pin tips still tightly adhered to the fabric sheathing. 

As is the norm for AK horns with pot metal drivers, output is low, though the driver checks out properly with a multimeter at 1300 ohms.

Overall, an exceptionally nice century-old radio horn that will look beautiful in any context, even if you don't collect early radios.
