I sell items that have been lost in the mail, and this looks totally perfect and unused....except for the black foam covers that are disintegrating. I don't know how or why, but they need to be replaced. I think it looks new, but I'm listing as 'used" because I have no way of knowing it's provenance or testing it. We don't accept returns, but of course if something doesn't work properly, just email me and we can take care of any problems. We just don't accept returns for "I changed my mind" or "I don't need this anymore."
