Available is a beautiful, authentic vintage ceramic Elephant figurine made in West Germany by Cortendorf (later acquired by Goebel) during the 1970s.
This charming, stylised cartoon Elephant features a vibrant, high-gloss tangerine Orange-Red glaze with hand-painted White accents on the toes and tusks.
It represents the medium/middle size model in this highly collectible mid-century family series.

Model Number: 2217 stamped into the rear foot.
Hallmark: Original Cortendorf Crown-over-"C" ink stamp visible on the belly.
Color: High-gloss Tangerine Red/Orange.
