The EZP2013 is a popular, budget-friendly high-speed USB SPI programmer widely used for reading, writing, and cloning BIOS chips, EEPROMs, and flash memory found in TVs, PCs, DVD players, and hard drives. 
It communicates over a USB 2.0 interface at speeds up to 12Mbps.

I have noticed that obtaining software and firmware for these programmers can be challenging. Therefore, the included 4GB USB OTG Drive contains three lots of EZP2013 software and two firmware update files. Also included is a copy of Zadig which may be useful for installing the libusb-win32 driver to enable the programmer to work on Win10 and Win11.
Note that the firmware will only work on the software associated with it, but you are able to change firmware if required. Also included is an interesting application that finds the chip list from a .dat file and allows editing etc. Note that the EZP2013 does not have an accessible .dat file but some of the other EZP versions do.

Usage Tips
Low-Voltage Chips: Many modern SPI Flash BIOS chips operate at 1.8V. If you try to program a 1.8V chip directly with the EZP2013 (which uses 3.3V/5V), you risk permanently damaging the chip. You will need to use the included 1.8V SOP8 Adapter to safely step down the voltage.
