Offered is an antique hand-forged iron screw key barrel padlock with its original matching screw key. This early lock features a threaded key mechanism that screws smoothly into the barrel to operate the internal locking mechanism—a fascinating example of early lock design and craftsmanship.

The lock is constructed of heavy iron with a rolled barrel body, forged shackle, and original untouched patina. It has no visible maker's marks, making the exact manufacturer unknown, but its construction is consistent with late 19th to early 20th century screw-key padlocks.

The original key is included and operates the lock smoothly with no functional issues noted.
