8 Inch "The French Chef" Omelet Pan

This is heavy duty, possibly cast, aluminum

It has a "non-stick" coating, which does show some wear

I do not know what the coating is, and their website does not go into detail

Other than some wear to the coating, the pan is in excellent condition
