bangle bracelet marked K.J.L. 
Gold plated or color metal set with faux tiger eye cabochons and more round amber color cabochons. 

hinged.
Clasp is more like a little pin inserting into receptacle.
Does not snap into place; pretty sure this is intentional. 

Great vintage condition. Appears to be (relatively) unworn. 
From estate of enthusiastic collector. 

light wear if any. 
One faux tiger eye cabochon has small flaw that is original to manufacture. Visible in one of the photos.
