Regency ACT-R-106 10-Channel Radio Scanner with 9 crystals included tested and working. Volume and squelch faders have alot of static and need cleaned, I picked up 1 signal when testing but it was very distorted due to the dirty squelch fader. Included crystal frequencies range from 39.580 to 159.790 all 9 are the same manufacturer, no power cord is included, antenna is intact and straight, this scanner is in excellent cosmetic condition.
