Shipping & Return Policy

DOMESTIC (CONUS) - Our shipping cost within the USA is $50, an exceptional deal when you consider surcharges, packaging materials, and full insurance coverage. We only ship Fedex because in our experience they offer the safest, most reliable delivery method. We take extra time packaging our orders and offer very fair rates, that's why we have maintained a nearly 5 star rating! Guitars are shipped with direct or indirect signature required. Please ask for a quote to Hawaii or Alaska as it is more expensive. We can also get expedited shipping quotes  request. 

INTERNATIONAL - We are now able to ship USPS to most locations. International customers must have confirmed paypal addresses and have at least 10 positive feedback ratings. We do not ship to Africa. Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like a FEDEX quote for International (generally 2.5x USPS) please email us.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW - Insurance value is paid for by us externally (2.00 per $100 insured value) and is included in the quoted shipping cost, however, its not included on the actual shipping documents so it may appear cheaper than it actually costs on the shipping label.

RETURN POLICY -At Distinctive Guitar customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to offer you a 48hr approval period on all orders (excludes custom orders and layaways). Return arrangements must be made within 48 hours of receipt and must be authorized by Distinctive Guitar prior to shipment. All refunds will be less shipping costs both ways and applicable credit card and selling fees. Feel free to use your refund in-full on another "In Stock Item". If you prefer a refund, a 15% re-stocking fee may apply. Trades are considered final sale due to the large amount of shipping fees and risk associated with a trade transaction. We are happy to discuss approval prior to trading if required. Sale, clearance, demo, and NOS items are considered final sale and no refunds or returns are allowed on these items.

All orders must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped. If any of the above criteria is not met Distinctive Guitar reserves the right to refuse the return or a higher re-stocking fee may apply. All returns are handled on a case by case basis so if you have any issues or concerns don't hesitate to contact us.
