It measures 17" wide x 11.5" tall x 4" deep. 

It has two compartments in the zip center part, and two slip pockets on the outsides.  

The handles retract which is very convenient when handling papers.

One of the sides has a small superficial flaw (shown on photo.) It's hardly visible and hardly detracts from the beauty of the leather. (I enlarged the photos to show details but it's quite small.)

Very clean and new.
