Playmates Toys 1991 Vintage TMNT Leonardo w/Storage Shell. Unpunched. Pls Read. This figure is new and sealed on card. It is unpunched. It has waves on the card. Also has some dirt inside the bubble on the bottom of the figure. The seal is loose on the bottom of the card as well. Please see pictures for condition.
