Vintage RANDOLPH DAIRY quart size milk bottle.  The pyroglaze labeling is quite faded but still clear and visible.  Randolph Dairy was a CA registered dairy located in Gridley, Butte County, California.  The bottle shows the 1940's vintage phone number 54-F-3.  The back side of the bottle shows a cartoon image of a cow and a child playing on a teeter-totter (seesaw) and the wording: RANDOLPH DAIRY A BALANCED MILK FOR A BETTER BALANCED HEALTH.  The base of the bottle shows the bottle plant code 23 and the year code 4.
