The black floor brace bar is in good condition. It's not new but was unused. I worked at Babies R Us and there were parts left over when we built the floor samples and when they closed we purchased all the leftovers

The black high chair brace bar is clean with no scuffing  on the sides. On the corners there is so minor paint wear with the natural wood color shown. (PICTURED) A furniture pen should cover it. It was never used just stored in storage for the past 10+ years.
