Small porcelain bisque doll that appears quite old!

Small porcelain bisque doll and wicker chair stand. She has ceramic limbs and a cloth body; many thoughtful details, including hand lines and painted finger nails, eyelids, and black shoes. She has red-brown wavy hair, partially plaited and wears an historical, pink dress, white apron, and bloomers (with lace and embroidered flower details). She is in good condition but for limited age spotting to her bloomers, one small seam tear, and some missing paint from her shoes (see photos).
