A beautiful vintage white opaline glass mushroom table lamp, believed to be the Philips NTD 195 model produced in the Netherlands during the late 1960s to early 1970s.

This lamp closely matches documented examples of the Philips NTD 195, with its elegant one-piece mushroom silhouette, flared pedestal base, rolled rim and quality cased opaline glass construction. The proportions and design are exceptionally similar to known examples.

The lamp is unmarked, so I cannot guarantee the attribution. However, based on the construction, shape and comparison with documented examples, it is believed to be the Philips NTD 195 design.

The white opaline glass gives a beautiful soft glow when illuminated and works perfectly with Mid Century Modern, Scandinavian, Space Age and contemporary interiors.
