I bought this wheel as previously used, I used gloves to try and preserve the condition of the grips to the best I could. All buttons and gear levers are fully functional and in perfect working condition as is demonstrated in the video attached to the listing. Other than the 2 top screws, and accompanying nuts holding the aforementioned screws that hold the top plate in place replaced with generic nuts as I saw appropriate, everything is factory OEM and unchanged.
