Warranty Policy

12-Month Warranty - hassle-free and fully covered
After 61 days, we offer a repair to all customers; If a handset is returned for a repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a like for like replacement handset will be issued.
Accidental and water damage are not covered.
Phones that are returned for a fault covered under the warranty that arrive back with a self inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer.
Any unauthorised attempts to repair the device will result in voiding the warranty.
The warranty covers battery-related issues for a period of three months. After this initial period, a service fee will apply if the battery's maximum capacity falls below 80% or any other battery related issues.
