Selling as I have a T6.1 and we have another vehicle
I was keeping it but can't justify the extra insurance and I no longer need it to drive to work as I left British Steel last month.
Mechanically sound with eleven months MOT just tyres as the advisory but please check its history
lots spend including new front and rear slotted and drilled discs/pads & two new rear calipers.
I can produce all the recent work and bills and it should fly through some more.
No cluster faults and everything works as it should
The EGR & DPF have been rectified and returns a easy 50 MPG +
Drives nice with the 2.0 with the six speed box
Two keys
Interior and dash are in nice condition
Air con
Sat Nav
Cruise control
front/ rear parking sensors with head unit graphics
Fold in mirrors with puddle lights
Illuminated footwell
Central locking
Fogs
Had the same generation Jetta and an other golfs before but the golf plus has the extra cabin space and are definitely underrated plus the rear seats move forward to make extra boot space.
Now for the bad points
The original alloys need a refurb,nothing horrendous just age definitely no kerbing
The rear doors each have a edge dent although ones worse than the other
The obvious age related chips and some lower bumper marks
couple of small dings but overall the body is well presentable.
The cills have a little cosmetic bubble as do the lower front arches but all are solid
some PDR and a quick visit to the body shop it would look "nice"
