Condition is good. A documented misprint, somehow the advertising for F22 on the back of the manual was used as the back of the inlay too. Realising their mistake, Sega distributed this in Europe instead of releasing the bad copies in the US. This example has a small rip at the spine and hole on the back of the cover. The yellow QC sticker is actually printed on the inlay. Real oddity!
