4409  Here is an antique early 20th century Nebo silk tobacco premium (free gift in a pouch) decorated with an Irish flag. It was added to a product from Factory 549, 1st district, NY. It is unused, but is slightly darkened. It measures 4 3/4 X 5 1/2 inches.
