The photo, taken by Pamela Chandler ARPS FRSA, shows the Airwork London Air Terminal storefront with window displays promoting the Safari Service and independent airline routes. Reverse carries typed title label and photographer’s stamp, (measures approximately 25cm x 16cm) 

Accompanying folded brochure titled Central London – Showing the Environs of Brompton Air Station was issued by Airwork Limited and published by Francis Chichester Ltd. It folds open to two panels with printed map of central London highlighting Airwork’s headquarters at Piccadilly and directions to London and Gatwick airports. Identifies Brompton Air Station as the London Passenger Terminal for Airwork, Hunting-Clan, Skyways and other independent Airlines. Typical mid-1950s design and typography.
