This fork came off a size large Kona Humuhumu. There are some scratches on the lower left leg - see photos. There is currently a size large Kona Humuhumu frame available from another seller. I have the wheels for sale in another listing. Between these three listings you could have yourself a rolling chassis. I also have a matching front brake cable hanger available.
