SHE IS WIGGED AND COMES WITH THE SHORT BRIGHT RED HAIR YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES. 

She uses the RTB101 body and has wigged hair (short bright red hair). She comes with the outfit she has on as well as her shoes, jewelry & doll stand.
