Attributed to ISAC studio (owned by the Santini family) when acquired from an estate, this sculpture features the signature of an unknown artist.

As a pre-owned vintage item, his sculpture is being sold as is with signs of wear and patina associated with age and use.  As a handmade item, there are some flaws noted.

Modeled after canova's dancer with finger on chin, this sculpture stands approximately 17.25 in tall and stands on a marble base measuring approximately 4.25 by 4.25 in. Oxidized patches under the ruffles of the dress, feet, and on the sculptures chin are areas that were voids and filled with a more volatile substance that degenerated overtime leading to staining. I feel that this lends to the aged look of the piece and does actually enhance the overall appeal.

Made of a cast marble composite that was typically 95% Stone powder in 5% resin, this sculpture looks and feels like real marble dash it is cool to the touch, it is hefty, and the play of light across the surface will capture your imagination.  With the added benefit of easy cleanup and durability the sculpture will make a lovely addition to any room of your home or office.
