Condition: Pre-owned and in good condition! The game strategy guide has been moderately cleaned to the best of our ability without further damaging the guide/magazine. The back does has marker writing/smudges on it (just the way I found it). The front & back cover as well as the spine have some wear on them from use but still hold up well. Again I tried cleaning it the best I could but only could do so much without risking further damaging it. Everything else inside with all the pages still look great though!
