This is a great little figure & is NEW condition but does have a hole in the plastic case so you can press the belly to try it & If you press the belly it growls. The batteries are included (2 X LR44 / AG13) but can't guarantee the lifespan of these batteries so will need replacing at some point but can say it is working perfectly at the time of listing. Perfect for any Bratz fan
